This site is operated by ApexLionVentures LLC, doing business as Rebel Growth Labs( "we", "us", or "our"), an Ohio, USA company. This policy explains what information we collect on this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.
The short version: we collect the information you choose to give us, we use a small set of analytics and advertising tools, and we never sell your personal information.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site, request a guide, or book a call, we ask for information such as:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Basic information about your business, such as its type or revenue range
You are never required to provide this information to browse the site. We only receive it when you submit it.
Where that information goes
When you submit a form, your information is sent to three places:
- GoHighLevel, the CRM we use to manage contacts, respond to inquiries, and send the emails you request.
- Supabase, a database we use as a backup copy of form submissions so nothing is lost if the CRM has an outage.
- Email alerts to our team, so a person sees your inquiry and can respond.
These providers process your information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not hand your information to anyone else for their own marketing.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry or booking request
- To send you content you asked for, such as the Clarity Guide
- To follow up by email, phone, or text about your request
- To understand which pages and campaigns are working
- To operate, secure, and improve this website
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Reply to any message or email us and we will stop contacting you.
Cookies and analytics
We use a small set of analytics and advertising tools that set cookies or similar technologies in your browser:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure site traffic and understand how visitors use the site.
- Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our advertising and to show relevant ads on Meta platforms.
- Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors interact with pages, using session replays and heatmaps.
These tools collect information such as your device type, browser, approximate location, and the pages you visit. Some of this is used for advertising measurement and audience building.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings. Blocking these cookies does not affect your ability to use the site.
The booking widget
The booking page embeds a scheduling widget provided by GoHighLevel. Information you enter into that widget, such as your name, email, and phone number, goes directly to GoHighLevel and into our CRM so we can hold your appointment and send reminders.
We never sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above who process it for us, or if the law requires us to disclose it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact records for as long as we have a business relationship with you or a reasonable expectation of one, and as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your choices and rights
You can, at any time:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message
- Ask us to stop contacting you entirely

Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections, and access controls to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe and limit who can see it.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it here and revise the effective date at the top of the page. Meaningful changes will be visible, not buried.
